We came from vacation and stopped at the outlet to buy burgers for a group of six people. I have no negativity towards the brand, the staff, the outlet or the merchandise. My only major problem is the fast-changing rate of the electronic menu display; so fast that you cannot browse the menu at convenience. I requested a “hard copy” menu to browse as I could not order merchandise from the fast-changing display monitors, but this was not available. I wondered how older people, people with dyslexia or poor eyesight, are struggling to browse the menus. It was so frustrating that we left the outlet to buy garage pies around the corner, only 20 m away...

I have a complaint to put in, my Boyfriend bought the R100 special last night at one of your burger King in Klerksdorp, probl is there was no electricity and the Burgers wereThe food were not fresh and the Burger had a rotten lettuce and now it's giving us a runny tummy..and my Boyfriend asked for a manual tax invoice for proof of payment because staff weren't complaint with any retail policies and consumer protection because he had to request for proper service and the this is a clear case of food poisoning and poor customer service.... Got there and there was no beef. Cousin ordered the Chilli Bun (chicken) Burger with Mountain Dew... Me being Gluten Intolerant, I opted for a Milk Tart Shake and Caramel Sundae.
My cousin was given my Tart Shake with his Burger... We waited for the ice cream machine to reach temperature (so they said) and I got a single scoop of ice-cream with what seems to be a muffin underneath.
