McDonald's Klerksdorp — Restaurant in Matlosana Local Municipality

We drive through Klerksdorp once a month. Every time we stop for breakfast at McDonalds. We ordered breakfast today... 2nd time around where there were no orange juice available. My husband ordered two sausage mcmuffins with egg and we received two normal egg mcmuffins. I ordered a boerie stack and it came with no onions. We left and phoned them on our way to tell them about the mistakes made to avoid any other unhappy customers... The first call they answered and then cut us off before we could explain the situation. Second call while were trying to explain the situation, the manager also put down the phone in our ear. The disabled toilet is always locked... My husband struggles to walk after a long hospitalizion, he needs the toilet to be open. This forced us to start going to some place else to use the toilet. Now it seems we are being forced to buy our breakfast also somewhere else every month....

I have to say I am disappointed. This new system is fun but if only there were people working there that knew how to use it. I went there last night to claim a happy meal junior cheese burger and a milkshake by using points. Now here's where my problem begins firstly they NEVER have milkshakes what's the point of having it on the menu second my points were taken away for all three items including the shake they don't have I was told it'll be returned. Then it wants me to pay for items I redeemed which was free. I told them to cancel my order yet my points have still not returned more than 12 hours later. I will not be returning to this disappointing...

Horrible. Got apple juice that is mixed with water. My wife passion fruit tastes Horrible as if it's also been added water. And yes I work for the QSR so I know when juice has been added water. The ice does not take away the quality of the taste of juice. We will never be coming to this restaurant. We thought after the revamp things will be better but still this is by far the worst macdonalds In SA. I was In thohoyandou macD just 2 weeks back of which it is quite In a remote area and one would expect such things from remote areas not a macdonalds...
