Nebraska Spur — Restaurant in Matlosana Local Municipality

It is me and my husband's usual spot but I have to say today was the first Time I left upset,, waiter was brilliant but we had an issue with our pork chops being under done,, waiter took them away and advised that manager would be notified , manager then passed our table taking the chops to the wrong table leaving the plate there till the waiter notified him that he took them to the wrong table,, he then brought them to our table no apology of any sort but we are told he made them more well done(which we took he meant they were already well done so he has no idea what we are complaining about) , I instantly lost my appetite and packed my food to go, we ddnt want to cause a scene or anything so I did let the waiter know we were not happy with how it was handled,, the operator or senior Manager came to apologize which was appreciated,, but the damage had already been done with the lack of care shown by the...

We were there this Saturday, the service was beyond horrible after addressing it with the manager he told us that we would get a call from them which I never did, we waited for our food over an hour people who ordered after us received their food before we did. The cherry on top was the lady who was given precedency treatment over everyone she ordered the same food as us after us but she received her food before us. We literally had to leave because our child was crying because of hunger. After asking for our food to be canceled I told the manager that I am going to write to head office about this incident. He offered us discount the food that he gave us was cold the service left a bitter taste in my mouth we literally choose that specific spur because we knew that other two tend to get busy and hectic at night we literally had to feed the baby on the go because we had to go to...

On Friday, 29 Nov 24, I ordered takeout and asked for Tabasco sauce, but the duty manager refused, claiming that the head office had instructed them to remove the sauce from all the spur.

On Sunday, 01 Dec 24, I decided to visit a different store different location same restaurant . I was amused i was given Tabasco sauce without even asking.

Honestly am a bit confused and disappointed by the inconsistency in service and the duty manager's claim i dont knw how true is that i still need to call head office and ask them personally. This was just to get an attention of the owner

Am also concerned that the manager's behavior might have been motivated by racial bias or selfishness. Clearly he forgot that tobasco is less than R100.00 what a wasteful...
