Steers Flamwood Square — Restaurant in Matlosana Local Municipality

Had the worst experience on (28/07/2023). order was wrong so i called to let them know, they told me they had given me the correct order. I drove back to the store with the wrong order, when i got there they had already prepared another burger for me. The lady gave me the newly prepared meal and was insisting i take the wrong order as well for my trouble driving back to the store. Employees are very rude and had a very bad attitude. They chitted and chatted as i left the store behind my back laughing out loud like i am some fool. I would never recommend the steers...

Despite the low prices, the food is absolutely excellent, and you get a decent portion. Win win! Service is also very kind and considerate.

My only complaint is the seating and general atmosphere. The air conditioning is so loud that you can barely talk, let alone hear the background music. And even then, the AC doesn't seem to reach the best seating. It's not terrible, and can be excused, but this is definitely an area I'd like to see improvement in.

Overall though, a great experience. Probably my favourite restaurant...

The employees which were on duty when I visited were not courteous at all. Whilst I was waiting for my order, two potential customers entered, however the cashier did not acknowledge them, and they eventually turned around and left. Having gotten home, my order was incorrect - I drove all the way back, entered the outlet with a friendly demeanour, however did not even receive an apology for the error.
