Steers Drive Thru — Restaurant in Matlosana Local Municipality

The food is delicious as always, but the service I got yesterday was unacceptable 😫. We bought food with my friend from drive through around 8pm. At the collection window, the gave us the food package without buddy drinks and they let us leave. We realized when we were about to reach our place and we drove back to steers and told them the issue. They gave us our drinks and we left. When we got to my place and unpacked the food, there was only one packet of chips 🍟 instead of two. We were so hurt, we wouldn't drive back there again and complain about the same order. Food is awful doesn't taste like steers at all (my second time there previous time it also happened and I just thought it's because they were busy . Today they were not busy at all )You wait in the drive through for soooo long . At the Pay window there is no one and no indication that you pay at the second window so you sit in front of the pay window like an idiot . You pay at the collect window. But John Fourie Steers at Meiringspark, Kkerksdorp is the Best outlet of the Steers Franchise Group, that I have ever visited.
