At was 23/12/ 2022 when me and my husband walked in at around 8pm for takeaway since we were from work hungry and tired. We where about to order on that new system and this lady from the till approach us to tell what's on the menu. We wanted to order 2 boxmaster meals but it was out of stock so we quickly ordered 6 peace then we take a seat waiting to be called. We never called to collect our order so I asked my husband to go check up on our order at around 8: 46 buy what the lady said to him make me stood up to check what is going on. Our order was out but we didn't called to collect it, she starts telling us that we were not at the shop that's why someone collected it fortunately we still have our slip on our hands. She went back to the kitchen bring up 3pc with chips telling us we need to take it because nothing she can do and our order was 3pc not 6pc that we paid R90 for 😒. The old skin guy jumped in to the meter when we asked for the managers, instead of helping us he shouted at us telling us we won't found our food since the chicken is finished and we must take that 3pc. More customers come closer to check if the meals that they ordered still coming. The respond was no food for them but the lady on the till keeps on taking order to the new gentleman that just walked in. The skinny guy starts on telling everyone to leave because no food even they have slips on their hands, he added even if we can say nywenywe he can't help us. I asked for refund and thanks for the friendly lady that comes out with something for us. Please those 2 young ladies and that skinny guy belongs to the back of ur kitchen and please put people who understand food and beverage industry. Your staff was debating shouting in front of customers, I never seen such behavior since I have been in hospitality for good 18yrs. Next time this won't be reviewed it...

I asked for an exchange and was given excuses like i have already paid..why do i want to change it...its almost the same. Then a skim guy comes out from the side office...looks up at the menu...looks at the slip and does this for 3min plus without acknowledging anything to me.
So I asked I'd there a problem if I want to change my order? He replies no and went back to the office. My order was exchanged. 7x people ate snacks and had desert and we get 2 lousy serviettes. I went back irritated now and asked for the manager.
It was like the whole shop stopped their business to mind my mine. From the kitchen staff to the tellers all looked at me like what now?
Slim guy comes back again. No ID tag nothing just says he's the manager. For all I care the manager could've been on a break and he stepped in to save his colleague and sweep the matter under the rug.
