McDonald's White River Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Mbombela

VERY disappointed!!!!! We had errands to run and finished late. Decided to grab Macdonalds. We got to the restaurant at 20:32. My husband wanted to order 4 Big McMeals. They said they only had 1 as they were closing at 9, my husband said he must leave it then. The gentleman said he wil get them to make the 4 Big Macs as it was not a problem (don't see how it could be seeing it was half an hour before closing time). Got home and we were disappointed. Not the big Mac buns used but rather the small buns. NO garnish and only sauce on the bottom bun! Tried calling them to lodge a complaint needless to say the contact details given on the website are not even in use...

I don't know where you got your staff, including the manager. They are incompetent useless and a few words I can not put on social media. McDonald's got daily deals T&C said all branches. So they first warra about points. Then they typed the number in and when whe said the app said redeem they said no. Maybe they took it for themselves or just a lot of useless staff stealing from the public. I am not a McDonald's fan but my Son is. But after this not any daily deals or your books for kids will make me buy from you again. Drop the attitude, try and find out before you make yourself looking...

With regards to a McDonald's, this one is top notch. Fot example, the drive through que was pretty long, and as is always the case in these situations, i prefer to simply park and go inside. Inside its a quaint little a stablishment, and although you place your order at a self help qiosk there was the loveliest staff member to aid me as I stepped to the screen. I placed my order and with it being multiple happy meals, she also came to confirm the toys to "avoid fights in the car" Im sure this was no real special encounter, however I found it quite pleasant.
