I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Debonairs in Kagiso Mall. I placed an order and was told it would arrive in 45 minutes, but after an hour and 15 minutes, I received a message stating the food had arrived at the gate. I rushed outside, in the pouring rain, only to find no delivery. I waited an additional 5 minutes before calling the store. The manager assured me the driver was on his way after completing another delivery, and I continued waiting for another hour. Despite repeated calls and promises that the driver was coming, after two hours I still hadn’t received my order.
This experience was marked by poor communication, dishonesty, and a lack of professionalism. I am disheartened by the lack of transparency and respect for my time. This is not the service I expected from a reputable establishment, and I will be reconsidering any...

A few calls later as the second hour was about to pass, im told that they cannot deliver in my area, i asked why they couldn't tell me earlier or when my order was taken, they said my phone was on voicemail, its weird because i was still able to reach out to them and waste airtime as i made more than 6 calls...
