I placed an order online, which eventually a message popped up saying “timeout”, I immediately called the store and spoke to a team member who stated the manager will call me back. 15 minutes later the call centre called and informed me that the order was received by the store and would be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the store 40 minutes later only to find out, there was no order received. Spoke to MOD Sam, who made his team prepare my order which I had to pay in store prices which cost more, only to get home and the meal looked disgusting. Absolutely shocking! Went yesterday for the first time. The guy behind the counter took 20mins to get an order correct. The staff and 1 cashier could not cope with the pressure. Total lack of system. Customers were irritated and appalled to have to wait min 45mins for their order. Short staffed during the festive holidays meant very poor planning. After waiting for the 20min order to finally be processed. I was told my order order will take min 1hr to which I said thank you and walked away! But the very very sad part was when my little kid needed the loo

I asked and was told to use the loo outside Rushed to find the loo outside and only to find out that the door were locked Came back in store and asked a staff at steers They said we should use the last toilet

I go back there I couldn't enter with my.little one coz there was 3 pallets at the entrance A dirty bucket And to top it up The toilet doesn't have a door and no lights
