Letter of Appreciation – KFC Service
I have been a loyal KFC customer for more than 15 years, visiting different restaurants across the country. This is the very first time I had a complaint, and I must say the way it was handled was truly exceptional.
We had an issue with the Dunked Wings, and the manager, Thandazile, took the time to explain in detail how the Dunked Wings are prepared and what makes the sauce thicker at times. Her patience, professionalism, and warm approach turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one.
I left the restaurant not only satisfied with the service but also grateful for the effort she made to ensure I fully understood and felt valued as a customer. What a wonderful service!
