KFC Edendale Mall — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

Gosh where do i even begin. ....first time my food was very salty ,staff there ddnt even care that we were waiting there for our meals they were chatting making noise at the back ok fast frward wen they finally called my order it was incomplete ,they ddnt even bother to explain lady just pushed my order aside and shouted for wings at the back...to think that maybe they were having a bad day 🙄went back for the second time weeeeee ay they were even worse😩thats wen i decided that Noooo maybe i should just leave the shop alone because wow ay Salt + the attitude and the waiting will kill us...

I write this email with great sadness. 18 July 2024 16:22 i bought dunked wings at KFC Edendale Mall order number 177.

I was so disappointed when opened the wings when i got home, the dunked wings were dry with no sauce whatsoever. I don't know what i got but it was definitely not dunked wings. I am so disappointed and couldn't even bring myself to...

The lady who assists at the self service machine asked to use my phone for 2 minutes, she wanted to show her colleague something. Gave her the phone, then I caught her rating and writing a review on this page, without my consent... Which makes me wonder how many people she's been doing this to, and if this is a directive that comes from KFC...
