Roman's Pizza Hayfields — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

Well, first of all when I phoned, sorry forgot the young girl's name who answered, was very clear and polite. I asked her about the special and she apologized and said it was finished. So I asked her if she could tell me what the price was of 2 particular pizza's, no hesitation she told me, I asked if they delivered but she ansered I would have to go on line if I want a delivery, so I said at my age, 76 not possible, so I asked to order, and she replied, so you would like the 4 meats and Feta, Avocadoso I said yes please. Would I like thick or thin base, she used the correct words, so I replied the thick base please, what time would you like to collect, I replied 5pm if possible, no problem was her reply, still with a smiling voice, then she asked the necessary question and gave me my number, my hubby arrived just before five, by the way order number forgotten by this time, he was asked for my cell number and next minute he was paying for the pizza's and we were on our way by 5pm. Those pizza's were divine, will definitely order from there again. Was pleasantly surprised by the young ladies patience with me on the phone. Thank you Roman's Pizza, at Mills...

Tried to order over the phone first i get an automated answering machine and then gets cut iff tried second time, and the lady was so confused, everytime i wanted a tomatoe based pizza with feta cheese and olives as advertised online she keeps wanting to put tomatoe slices on. What the heck. The incompetence know no bounds. Don't have people answering the phone when they don't now their menu. Never again will Icontemplate calling any Roman pizza outlet, as I will never spend my hard earned money in a place where service is not top notch. Terrible service don't even...

Bought a feteroni pizza today 12.08.2021 asked for extra cheese and please do not add so much chillies ....drove home about 15 km one way ...what i recieved was a pizza full of chillies ...so unhappy .called store ...they dont know that's what store manager replied ...she did call me back to say she cant get hold of someone to make a decision...it's easy ...We will change your pizza sir sorry for mistake ......I have to say at 14 43 on the 12.08.2021 the store sent me the correct order ....thanks I...
