Kebabish Overport — Restaurant in Overport

Everything about that visit to kebabish was terrible . We placed an order for iftaar well over an hour before the time to break fast . We were told to fetch our food at 5:30 pm . We were there 5:30 pm on the dot , and the skinny guy at the front desk tells us 2 minutes, it's coming. He proceeds to tell us that for the next half an hour , and the chubby guy at the front desk came and pushed us away . We asked for our money back at this point . He then proceeded to swear us and this almost resulted in a physical altercation. The most unprofessional experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my life . Trust when I say you guys will never get a single cent of my money again . To the public out there - DON'T GO TO KEBABISH OVERPORT THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING THE SERVICE WAS HORRENDOUS THE ATMOSPHERE WAS HORRIBLE

*UPDATE It's been months since my incident occurred. Kebabish management did email me to ask for my details , but till now nothing has been done . I think they just reply to the bad reviews and ask for the reviewers details to make it seem like they compensated us for it . However this is not the case. Please don't ever...

I've experienced the worst service ever at kababish overport, the two cashiers at the front have the worst attitude I've ever seen and treat their customers like dogs, they are super arrogant and want to fight with the customers when they are in the wrong. I ordered food well in advance and they said that our order would be ready at 5:30pm so we can come at that time to pick it up, so we did that and to our suprise the food was not ready and they made us wait another 30 minutes on top of that for our food which was supposed to be already prepared. They had the audacity to say that we must sit to the side and just wait because they're busy and there's nothing they can do, whereas other customers are coming and collecting their food and being prioritized. If I could give this place a negative rating I would, because not just the customer care is dismal but the food is absolutely trash. Honestly it's disgraceful to have to wait that long for mediocre food. I highly recommend you stay away from this place and buy food from literally...

Terrible customer service. I waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a roti roll and still did not receive my food. I kept asking what is taking so long because 3 customers who came after me and ordered huge family platters of Chicken Tikka, shish kebab etc. got served before me. The useless lady behind the counter ignores me on the 3 occasions when I ask what is taking so long with my food. The manager, who took my order eventually goes to check on it and gets stuck in the kitchen and doesn't come out to give me feedback. Another 7 minutes goes by and he says its coming out now but this never happened. The most annoying thing for me was being ignored by both of them when I asked what was taking so long to prepare 2 sandwiches and roti roll. If they had given me an explanation, maybe I could understand. If you can break 3 family platters in the time I was there I can't understand why you can't toast 4 slices of bread in that time.I not recommend them and will never order them again. They should change their name from Kebaabish...
