Debonairs Pizza Cycad Centre — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

I would just like to let you know that I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from ur cycad shop. I called at 9.39 to place an order they later phoned me at 10.30 to tell me their oven is not work. I questioned the free deliver option they want to charge me for deliver but on ur website it says free deliver. So I said it's fine when they called me 45min later I said it's fine I still want the order but don't charge me the deliver. I just feel it's fair as I placed my order at 9.39 and no one told me anything about any problems and then 45min later called me. Like I said I will defenatly be taking this to social media your manage is not accomodating at all. And yes I'm one customer who will not support the debonairs and steers franchises anymore due to poor service......end result I canceled my order. Barely any cheese on the pizzas and found a little rock together with other smaller ones, sounds like sand when I bit on them. I hurt my teeth and that brought me to write a review.

The lady that contacted me about an item out of stock was friendly but they still charged me for the out of stock item. Luckily the driver was nice enough to deduct it from the total.

The driver gets 5 stars but the food... only 2 and that is just because the 4 cheese pizza was actually not bad but the experience spoiled it all.

So after finding weird stuff in our pizza we definitely stopped eating it. Had to make a plan B....

I phoned in at 15:00 today for collection in library gardens.
