Steers — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

Placed an online order at 09:15 for it to be delivered at my sisters school PHS which is right around the corner. At 11:10 when I called to track my order I spoke to a lady that told me the delivery guy only starts at 11 and theres nothing that she can do about it. I called at 11:20 to trak my order, the very same lady said that the driver is on his way. Now as we speak 14h25 my order has not been delivered AND they did not even bother calling me to tell me that the order is standing at Cycad Steers restaurant. My little sister called me at 14h00 telling me she has not received her food and the securities found NO DELIVERY guy. They have been waiting for this person to deliver the food since 11! I called Steers and spoke to Nthabiseng who rudely told me that the schools address doesnt exist and when I insisted to speak to the manager she hung up. Upon calling again, she answered and I demanded to speak to the manager. The manager answered, she herself couldnt give me answers as to why my order has not been delivered and as to why they dont do follow up on orders not delivered. I demanded a refund and I'm still waiting for my money to be deposited back into my account. I always order online from Steers in Grobler street and I have never encountered such bad service from them, ever!!! I assumed that because Steers Cycad is based in the suburbs, I would receive world class customer service but I was wrong, they staff treat customers like %$& and management allows staff to do as they please. Fix yourself...

Steers Cycad does not even deserve a star. I have just ordered online and went to collect my food. When I paid the till operator didn't give me my small change, just saying sorry we don't have small change in the till, which happened on Thursday 21 March as well. While she wants to get my order packed wanting to ask the to men preparing the food where my large cheesy chips are, the 2 men are arguing so badly in front of me, they don't even hear her talking to them. She had to leave the counter to go to the back to collect the cheesy chips. Just for me to get home to realise the 2 men made the incorrect order on the cheesy chips and not the ones I ordered. The burgers were squashed because they didn't pack it in a burger box but only in a wrap paper. I order 2 large cheesy chips and they gave me medium. So it means they stole again of my money just like the change which they supposedly didn't have in the till. Will I ever order from them again......NO AND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NOT EITHER.

I haven't been there much considering it was shut down for a while, but since it opened back up, I heard there was a new owner, which isn't my business so let's get to the rest. The food is top notch even though all my family orders is a burger and chips it's still good. We always get a beef burger, and it's delicious. The BBQ sauce is quite tangy but still suits the burger. And those chips go well alone, even after a day of being leftovers. I pop them in the microwave for a minute and eat them as if they're fresh. I would recommend you to go there for a...
