This KFC will follow in the footsteps of bimbos how can you wait 45 min for an order and then loadsheding happens then half of the order can't be completed no chips can be added to meals no drinks or shakes can be made

This is pathetic will rather drive down the road and place an order at the KFC there were they are prepared to help you with a smile even though they are busy due to loadsheding same order that took 45 min at the Ridge KFC took them 10min to complete with an complimentary ice cream because according to them the order took long,now that is service NOT the BS you get at...

Wait time is long when it was hardly busy. Staffs taking food out in front of customer to have their own lunch. You are still waiting and the same staff comes back and take another chips for herself while you keep on waiting. Management is bad, they get confused with orders and keep on asking customers abt their orders. Bottom line, they dont care, dont waste your time with these bad,.not trained and carefree staffs. There are other kfcs arnd, this one needs to go for training again and basic service delivery. Not...
