KFC Rustenburg Triangle — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

Whenever we go there during the day, the food is good and the service is also quite good as well.

HOWEVER - today was the second time that we needed breakfast at six. As the first time, there was one lady inside who just ignored us when we knocked at the door (06:05).

Then a taxi stopped and the rest of the staff got out. We asked them when they will open, on which they answered "soon".

I then requested the owners phone number and the answer was "No! It is only four minutes after six and we will open now-now."

I also have my own business. When I say we open at a certain time, we open at that time and we are ready to start serving our patients.

You can't say you open at 6, but then your staff only arrive after 6 and still have to heat up and start up everything.

You have lost two loyal customers...

KFC won't see me again. I contacted the area manager (predominantly). KFC staff had a seriously unprofessional attitude towards customers. I waited almost 40 minutes in drive through for my order. I was 2nd customer from front. The customer in front was extremely upset with KFC and that caused us all to wait. Understandibly the customer was extremely upset, but made the ENTIRE queue wait. Refused to move and switched off her car. KFC made NO attempt to defuze the situation and just said we must wait for her order to be complete. This entire distasteful situation happened after I was at the Waterfall Mall KFC branch, they were closed with no explanation. And acted arrogant and impatient with us as clients asking them why...

KFC over all became very expensive. Today the paper stating the ice cream mechine is not working was posted at the corner so saw this when there was already 2 other vehicles behind me so to get out of the drive thru was now impossible I had to go through the drive thru whilst the KFC did not have my desired product availible I had to waste my time to wait to get out of the drive thru.
