Lift did not work. We had a small baby with us and we had to carry the pram up the steps. Did not have Grapetizer or Appletizer or the Wine that we wanted (Semi Sweet). Service was very poor and slow. Waiter got the drink order wrong, we could hardly hear him speak. Waited an hour for our starter and there were only 3 tables with patrons. When we received our starter we had to order our main course immediately as the kitchen want to close at 20:45. Waited another hour for our main course. The service and food was a terible disapointment today. The calamarie was salty no source with it, and they really have to work on the chips thats is served quality sucks The service was not up to standard. Main course was tasty, but fries was over-cooked and portion small. Plating in need of attention. Service good. Carpets in lift portal surrounds need replacement. Rest of carpets needs vacuuming!
