Panarottis Weskus Mall — Restaurant in Saldanha Bay Local Municipality

I was very excited when Panarottis re-opened as this is the only place where I can get gluten-free pizzas. But what a disappointment. I tried 3 times in a row. The first time they were out of wheat-free bases, the 2nd time the entrance area was terribly dirty and I could not believe that no-one cleaned this up - when I returned to collect me take-away an hour later, the condition even worsened. But besides that - it took about 25 minutes for someone to attend to me at the counter, waiting for my order to be taken. I ordered double cheese, with extra mushrooms, but there was no sign of any of these. The 2nd time, some 2 weeks later, I found the same chaotic situation. No-one to attend to you at the counter and I had to wait. The few waiters seems to be running around and could not attend to all the people in the restaurant. I ordered 2 pizzas, with double cheese, and again, they did not put this on. These pizzas has been so salty, I think they rather added double salt instead of double cheese! It is just as if they ignore what I ask as a client, and that is it and I have to deal with it. When you enter the whole entrance is blocked with trolleys standing everywhere, it does not look clean, bad service, and they don't bother to take my order properly. I have decided that this has been the last ordeal with Panarottis. This used to be my favorite place, but not anymore. I'll make my own for now on. If this type of service persist, I cannot see a future for...

I'm saying this as it is,we sat down,waited 30 minutes before someone came to ask us for our orders ( very poor service ). Our drinks came quick,I ordered a strawberry milkshake. I was really surprised to see a paper straw but I drank it and as soon as I got the first sip in my mouth I wanted to THROW UP! It was so sweet it tasted like toxic chemicals! How can anyone drink something like that? I got nauseous everytime I drank some of it,would not recommend any of they're milkshakes unless you want diabetes by the time you turn 18... I went out to go get some groceries,came back waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes to get service for our food and then we waited over an hour for our food to arrive! I usually don't eat at Panarottis but since our usual restaurant wasn't open,we had to choose second best which clearly now isn't even second best... poor service,the food was really delicious but shouldn't be priced that high in my opinion,thank you...

What a terrible experience. We walked in there and were the only people in the restaurant. Service was slow waiters were having conversation with each other . Had to call a waiter each time we were ready to order. Asked waiter to bring the bill he walks to the kitchen, try to call the other waiter but he and the Manager too busy watching rugby to even look or hear so I had to walk up to them. Then I get a raw waffle ! Ask for a refund and manager says sure sorry, gets the waiter to bring the refund did not deal with the issue as a proper manager . I myself am a Manger and I take pride in my customers as that is how it ought to be. But tonight was a terrible experience . Will never recommend vredenburg branch to anyone and will tell everyone about the terrible service I received...
