Roman's Pizza Vredenburg — Restaurant in Saldanha Bay Local Municipality

As someone who eats a lot of take out food due to travelling and just being COVID-19 lazy, I can tell you that this particular branch is by FAR ONE OF THE BEST I've visited in recent months.

Popped in your lovely town to pick up a few sets of golf clubs and on my way home I decided to get a pizza.

Phoned in my order and was assured it will be ready to go in 15 minutes.

Got to the shop literally 5 minutes later and from the moment I walked in, I was totally and completely blown away by your awesome staff! From the lady that took my phone-in order to being greeted at the door to paying for my order, super awesome service!

Let me tell you, Levonia who did the transaction is an absolute doll!

As someone who's been in the restaurant industry for many years, I know these ladies see 100's of customers every day and that means they have to deal with 100's of different personalities too.

This lady was so friendly and professional, even after hours on her feet and after dealing with so many different types of people, she still had this amazing aire about her and made sure that I got fast, prompt service.

The pizza was OUT OF THIS WORLD, fresh, hot, fluffy, brimming with toppings and loaded with cheese. Most definitely the best I've had in a very, very long time.

We have ordered pizza at this place a few times now. The first time, we ordered 4 pizzas. The person in control told us that she can see we are taking the cheapest things on the menu. She then told us that she doesnt understand this, seeing as we drive a fancy car. The second time, we ordered a few pizzas, including The Pizzaroni, which includes chillies. We SPECIFICALLY asked for it with NO chillies, but yet, they thought that it would be ok to but us extra chillies. I have just bought pizzas ther for the 3rd time. Once again, the Pizzaroni, which should not have had chillies, had chillies. Also the margharita had no oregano and next to no extra oil. Please see to it that employees be more professional, can take better orders, and don't ignore you when you are at the counter. I will not be supporting this place anymore, until this...

First time I ordered from Roman's Vredenburg the crust was way to thick after I asked for a thin based. Second time, I thought let me give it another try since I am a Big Roman's fan💗 But sadly I found a Hair in my pizza. When I showed the manager she was like oh we will male u a new one and can't be theirs.

Not asking me as the customer would I want another. Oh man the Looks and attitude I got afterwards from the cashier (who by the way is very loud and sarcastic) and the kitchen staff saying out Loud there's nothing wrong with this pizza 🍕, where is "That" customer!

I'm afraid Roman's Vredenburg won't see me again and can get some tips from Roman Zevenwatch , Strand. Which by the way are far more busier then the ...
