Disappointing Service and Inconsistent Quality
Given this Vida location multiple chances, but the service remains frustratingly poor. More often than not, orders are incorrect—even after repeating them multiple times. Instead of properly fixing mistakes, staff have “compensated” by upsizing drinks without consent, which is frustrating when the request is specifically for smaller sizes to control caffeine intake.
Additionally, the drinks here are inconsistent and often don’t taste the same as at other Vide locations. Visiting this branch is purely out of convenience, but the experience often proves to be unenjoyable. In contrast, the Waterstone Vida, which we visit less frequently, treats us like regulars, know our orders by heart and always gets our orders right.
