Mugg & Bean On The Move — Restaurant in Stellenbosch Local Municipality

I ordered the tomato and green pesto baguette, but only after 30 minutes was I informed that it was out of stock. I then switched to the chicken noodles and specifically asked if it was a large portion — I was told it was, but it definitely wasn’t the "hearty meal" advertised on the website. I was still hungry afterwards. The sauce tasted more like braai sauce, which was unexpected and disappointing. Overall, not a meal I would recommend.

I even mailed a complaint to the Mugg & Bean office. I normally order the Sweetcorn fritter stack at the other franchises and enjoy the food. I don't know if they didn't have stock of the avos. Maybe the chefs need training because the food is not what we expect from Mugg & Bean. On top of that, they had our bill wrong and the waiter had to go back...

Great food. I wish there were some gluten-free options as after my diagnosis, I can't eat anything there. Coffee is always top quality.
