I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment.
On 01 August, I placed an order for a half chicken, but upon receiving my order, I discovered that I was given a quarter chicken instead. This was disappointing as I had specifically requested the larger portion.
In an effort to rectify the situation, I had to make a swift trip back to the store, ensuring that I arrived before closing time. Upon my arrival, I contacted your call center, and I was assured that they had informed the shop about the mistake. However, upon reaching the store, the staff informed me that they had not received any communication regarding my issue. This lack of coordination between the call center and the shop added further frustration to an already inconvenient situation.
I believe that customer service should be a priority, and I felt let down by both the incorrect order and the miscommunication. I hope that you can address these concerns to prevent similar issues in the future.
