KFC Vincent Park (East London) — Restaurant in Vincent, East London

I was served by an amazing cashier last night and felt really welcome. The music was amazing and everything started great. When it got about 30 minutes after waiting for an order of a sweet Chilli wrap and four dunked wings, I stood up so that I could be noticed. Fortunately, I was assured that my order was next. Only to find out the order of the wings that appeared on the initial screen did not pull through to the back. I still did not have an issue. What really ticked me off was the way the staff at the back spoke to the cashier when he went to go check with them, and sadly, it happened in my view. I was really upset that they didn't have the decency to acknowledge that it was a system fault and not his fault that had me waiting.

While I dont particularly find the location always easy to get to during the day (parking) and the area isnt awesome (lots of car guards/beggars and taxi boys and of course the super selfish taxi drivers), I have had very good service and very good food here. I must just say that I'm so so dissapointed in the service you provide threw Mr Delivery. I ordered my meal and a 500ml Coke Zero but when the meals were delivered I was dissapointed cause you guy's didn't have Coke Zero and just chose to replace it with a Cappy juice. NO CALL TO ME TO ASK IF THIS WAS OK. Not to mention the R6 price diffrence. I logged a Query twice with your Head Office and still now 2 weeks later NO RESPONSE. I'm seriously not gonna order...
