I was frequenting this place at least 3 times a week. However after my last visit I got extremely bad food poisoning, I had to go to hospital. The smoothie counter always looks full if mess which is obviously and indication that proper cleaning protocols are not been adhered to. I would hate see what the kitchen looks like. Please train your staff to clean, wash and sanitize properly. I see another reviewer also had food poisoning so there is clearly a problem at this branch which is a shame beacuse Kauai is one of my favorite places, but I cannot take a chance...

I ordered two small smoothies. I waited 45 minutes for our order. Then the person took the order slips and pulled them off the machine and place them all on the counter. It seems that some got their order before me yet place and order after me. Then I had to repeat my order to the person. My order of Citrus glo had no chai seeds in snd the other order we noticed getting home was just foam and no smoothie, which tasted horrible. I will never order from this store again. I have left a review with my details on...

Bad service from the lady dealing with the front till on this day 2025-09-10. ePos machine not working (no probs) so I pay with cash and I don't get the correct change back. I ask for the correct change and get a blank stare until eventually I get a response.

Just overall unfriendly service from this one lady. Impatient, distracted with mobile phone, and unfriendly.

I frequent this store in the mornings, and this is not the first time I get unfriendly service. This may be my last time...
