On Friday the 22/04/2022,I excitedly used the KFC app to order food from KFC Sanbury Square(I live 3km away)but decided to give their service a try,When my food haven’t arrived an hour later I phoned them,the excuse???They haven’t got DRIVERS???This when you advertise KFC Delivery???I was told drivers are on their way,20 minutes later I phoned again,this time they managed to find a driver which was on his way,explain that to a hungry family?I phoned them for a third time cancelled the order and told them to refund me,as I didn’t want the order anymore.Shocking Service,the typical “Sorry”,but Sorry doesn’t fill a child’s tummy,incompetence bad service,I will not order from them again,If you read this and think about using the delivery service from KFC….Just Don’t!! You will be disappointed!!!KFC SANBURY square unprofessional...

KFC Sandbury has the worst customer service. I waited for my order for an hour, when I called to find out, only to get my money back without being informed, me still shocked wanting to know if it's not a mistake, KFC Sandbury shifts the blame to their customer service, I did n't buy it, they don't know that I know that they delayed to prepare my order, the delivery guy called me at 20:55 saying that he cannot wait another 20 minutes for my order, because the order was suppose to be delivered at 20:54, when they finally decided to do my order there were no delivery guys so they decided to give me back my money, without communicating with me first, If that is the way KFC Sandbury treat their customers then I would rather take my money to where I will be...

Staff don't pay attention to customers standing in line inside to order..today a staff member commented that she don't care if customers leave who was standing long in the que cz there will always be customers coming to buy..this comment was made after one customer said people have been waiting long without any assistance from which I was one...me and my son eventually left..together with other clients and went to Kenticky at shoprite and the service there was excellent people inside was helped just as quick as those in the drive through or paying at the order machine inside compare to your branch who appears to focus more on people in...

Most of the time where my orders come from. When the service is good is good but when they mess up they mess up epically. Just would like a faster turnaround for order queries not having to call in and be placed on hold. Other than that I will give it to the store that they do resolve the query fairly quickly and professionally. One very important note if you can pass on to packing staff is to ensure that the lids on the mash and slaw are closed properly because by the time you open bag the driver is gone. Otherwise it's all spilled out see picture below as reference. Again thank you to Sanbury KFC Crew for again for resolving issues

I recently purchased KFC along with rolls, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality and hygiene. The rolls were packaged in plastic that had a strange odor, similar to a period smell. The packaging was also visibly dirty, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness. As someone who values food safety and hygiene, I was shocked by the lack of attention to detail. When serving food to customers, it’s essential to ensure that everything is fresh and properly packaged, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those basic standards. Very dissatisfied and won't be returning.
