Waited over an hour and 15min for wacky Wednesday! When i walked in i asked the cashier how long it would take for my order... They couldn't answer me! Something seriously needs to be done about this! It's unacceptable to make your clients just sit and wait around a full shop! Regardless of this being one of there most busy days they should have a far better system in place instead of just under delivering on there fast food promise. Clients who call in should not get served quicker than the clients that have been waiting in store. Seriously miss managed and a big let down to the Steers franchise. Poor service, won't...

Al will never buy food there in my life.. 🤬Was deliver by Mr Delivery last week Saturday The chips was still hard inside and die outside was brown old oil chips And the chips was really very bad. Now the Burgers all 4 of them did not have any taste patty taste like cook in water no basting on and hard.. I stay in kuilsriver from I can now my name.. This was The most worst food ever. It was good but certain conditions when using a voucher has silly limitations where you cannot use more than one voucher for an order. We had two vouchers and had to order separately and also settle the bills outstanding separately. The one order came to R3.45 or something like that to her paid in cash, we didn't bring cash so I could not pay and had to draw money at the ATM and go back to reorder, the other order required me to pay in about R20 which I could have settled one time on my credit card, but could not do that due to the voucher only valid...
