Quantity over quality! I had the set menu which included the jjimdak, grilled mackerel and a doenjang jjigae. None of the dishes stood out, they were all less than average which made me thought I would rather have had less food but better quality. The chicken jjimdak had both bones and skin - and it was overcooked. The grilled mackerel was a good size but again too dry. The doenjang jjigae tasted like no other jiggae I had - very bland. I had an amazing jjimdak at a restaurant across the Wol-Yeong-Gyo which had great quality chicken pieces with no skin or bone. You can sit Korean style but they also have Western style tables.

안동나들이를 가면서 하회마을에 가게 되었는데요~ 방문전 식사를 하기위해 검색하다가 찾은 곳입니다. 하회마을 관광지 입구에 있기에 바가지, 대충요리 등 걱정을 하면서 들렀는데... 괜한 걱정이었다는 생각이 들었습니다. 선비상 세트메뉴로 김치찜닭이 있는 8.6만원 메뉴로 네명이서 식사를 했는데요~ 안동김치찜닭의 매운요리를 깔끔하게 즐길수 있어서 좋았고, 숯불구이 안동간고등어는 생각보다 고퀄리티는 아니었지만 맛은 좋았습니다. 전반적으호 세트메뉴 전체가 식사하기 좋았고 반찬까지 괜찮았습니다. 식후에 입구에 있는 장승목공예 전시공간도 즐길 수 있어서 좋은시간 잘 보내고 왔습니다. ^^*

일행49명과 같이 안동 문화체험중 병산서원을 보고나서 점심식사 시간이 되어 미리 예약되어 찾아간 곳이다. 인원이 많아서 그랬는지 커다란 비닐하우스에 긴 테이블이 많이 놓여진 곳에서 식사를 했다. 식당 분위기로는 영 썰렁 한 곳이다. 식당 앞과 뒤에는 나무로 만든 장승들이 아주 많이 세워져 있어서 처음에는 식당인줄 몰랐다. 목석원 옆 건물에는 장승 솟대 명인이 집이 있다. 장승 솟대를 만드는 장인의 집이다. 그리고 엘리자베스 영국 여왕도 이곳에 왔다간 사진이 있다. 안동찜닭과 간고등어를 먹었는데 맜있게 먹은 곳이다.
