상록수 역 근처 . 닭 갈비 불판에 고기를 구워먹는. 삼겹살, 항정살, 갈매기살 주문. 불판이 달구어지는 시간이 약간 필요하지만. 달구어진 불판에 고기를 올리고 김치를 같이 넣어서 구워먹는 맛이 일품입니다. 불판에 기름이 빠지는 곳이 없습니다. 중간에 불판을 청소할때는 물은 뿌려주고 탄부분들을 걷어내고 마무리는 식빵으로 흡수를 시켜서 청소를 하네요. 식빵을 가져오길래 구워먹으라는줄 알았다는. 우리 탁자에 고기를 구워주는 현민 친구가 너무 친절하고 말도 잘하고 솜씨도 좋아서 작은 사장님인줄 알았다는. 고기를 먹고 볶음밥을 주문. 다들 고기를 많이 먹어서 1인분만 볶아달라고 주문을 했는데. 1인분도 가능하다는. 1인분으로 가져온 밥의 양이 한번더 놀랐습니다. 3인분은 되어 보인다는. 처음 방문해서 즐거운 저녁이었습니다. 저녁시간이 되니 밖의 탁자까지 손님들로 꽉차 있습니다. 잘 되는 식당에는 비결이 있는거겠죠.

좋은 육질의 삼겹살과 넓은 철판에 구워먹는 김치와 야채들이 찰떡궁합이다.. 한입크기로 먹기좋게 썰어주는것도 장점에 추가! 다먹고 볶음밥은 필수죠… 잘되는 이유가 있는 식당이다. 그런데 조용한 음식점 좋아하는 사람들은 절대 가면안되는 왁자지껄 그자체 그리고 다먹고 나면 고기냄새 엄청 찐하게 베어나오는 식당 그래도 맛있어서 또 간다!
