Ebisu — Restaurant in Ansan

This is a better place than similar restaurant in a few famous department stores in Seoul or crowded places such as COEX. They serve dishes ranging from various rice roll, sushi and to bowl of rice with raw fish on. All dishes have a little different taste or smell than conventional or other similar restaurant especially that they are a little bit more greasy with rich oils. This richness of oils may give you a new experience in a good way but might stop you from eating another dish. Amomg customers are school facultiies including a group of seemingly professors and graduate students from a university nearby, which means this place is still worth its relatively high price. The reason I put one star away is that the waitress is not well trained and I think it is because the place is too crowded for just one waitress to handle it and even for the cooks as when it gets crowdy, i mean when around 75 percent of seats are filled you would definitely get mad waiting for your dishes to be served. My boyfriend and I studied in Ansan last year for a semester abroad. We're originally from Germany and have eaten sushi here and in other countries often.

We can both say that we have never eaten such delicious sushi as here at Ebisu. We especially enjoyed the mixed fish bowl and the flambé salmon sushi so much that we ate there almost every day. We still talk about how delicious it was today.

주차장이 따로 없어 근처 도로변에 주차해야 함

나무와 통 유리창의 조합이 나쁘지 않은 식당임

하지만 요리나 종업원들의 서비스는 정말 최악이었던 식당이었음

요리의 차림새는 나쁘지 않지만 튀김을 제외한 모든 요리는 주문 후 40분이 지나서 나옴

지라시스시의 양념은 신맛이 강한 편이라 호불호가 있었고, 횟감의 경우 활어가 아니다보니 식감은 흐물흐물한 편에 가까움

굴튀김은 튀김옷이 딱딱한 편이고 5개 중 1개에서 비린내가 심하게 났음

롤은 소스가 괜찮았지만, 회의 식감이 많이 물컹거렸음

여름이라 그런지 반찬 트레이 쪽에 벌레가 있었고, 오픈 주방이지만 마스크를 쓰지 않고 조리를 하는 모습은 위생적으로 문제가 있을 것 같음

예전에 먹었던 롤과 지라시스시가 생각나 방문했었던 가게지만...
