Fantastic view, but view does not serve the table and does not make any eye contact, does not take your orders on time, neither do any of the staff. It is an absolute shame For this level of restaurant and for the entire brand. We have celebrated a very important 65th birthday and I am sure the bill was far above the average, but it is not the point at all. I totally understand when 5 stars name can set own price standards, but I do not understand how do you guys can not set the service standards at all.
VERY POOR SERVICE in fact, pretty much NO SERVICE AT ALL
there will be more attention to the guests from the cheap street cafes, who pours water for you when you need it, not like once in 3 hours and do not pass next to your table at all.
It was not possible to order coffees, more food and any other things from the menu.
The staff was simply never there.
If they pass once in half hour, they did not even look at us, we tried to order something and they just run away and it was not possible to chase them.
The only one good thing was the view, non complains to food, seafood and steak was great, good wine choice too.
RED WINE COMES COLD while white not chill enough.
The room was freezing, aircond blows as crazy and a few of us ended up being sick after we asked to lower it down, considering there was noone else in our room apart of us, I am not sure why it was not possible.
5 stars venues are not just about views and food, it all comes to service.
We do not really complain about restaurants usually, but this was very very unacceptable and we tried to enjoy our time, but there were so many upsetting things that made our experience not that great.
A day to remember with a service to forget...
We will never come back here. I hope someone will read this review and work on some improvements as it seems that noone really cares and it's the shame...
This place could have been so...
Read moreThe only and worst experience we have had so far in Busan. Highly recommended, we made reservations at 17:30pm hoping to catch the sunset, calling in early we requesting a window and a panoramic view. The atmosphere was amazing however the window shades were down when we arrived and while we were getting situated a little time had past and while we attempted ourselves to raise the shades, we eventually asked staff to auto raise them and to our disappointment, the sun was gone. Not to ruin the evening, we shook it off. As we were seated, we were informed of a 2 hour max rule, we were okay with it. Initially taking our order and accomodating pictures of our party of 4, all was going well. Through the meal, other than delivering our food, nobody, not once ever returned to check on us, offer refills of water or cocktails or ask for any type of needs. We had to raise our voices slightly, waive our hands and even stand up to catch the waitresses attention for water, more than several times. The last water request and before returning with the water, our waitress reminded us that our 2 hour limit had expired. I almost lost it, if it was not for my wife. The restaurant did not even provide us with a bill/check, which would have been more subtle compared to being verbally warned. With all honesty, the meal did not disappoint, flavors and presentation was on point however I can say that my hanwoo ribeye steak did not have the consistency or tenderness of high quality beef such as wagyu. Furthermore, my wife's ocean combinations fish portion, was over cooked. Busan is an amazing and a very special place, all other experiences had exceeded our expectations, unfortunately the Dining Room at the Park Hyatt was the only exception. Lastly I'd like to add, there were no more than 4 or 5 tables/parties eating the entire time while we were there, on a Wednesday evening. Being very busy was not...
Read moreI had an absolutely unforgettable dinner at Dining Room in the Park Hyatt Busan. The Korean‑style beef tartar with Korean chili sauce was extraordinary—hands down the best tartar I’ve ever had anywhere in the world, and that’s saying something after enjoying versions in top restaurants across France, the U.S., and Canada (especially Montreal). The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right touch of spice and texture. Then came the main course: the Top Cuts Korean Hanwoo beef tenderloin served with grilled asparagus. Ammaayzzzing!!! The beef was unbelievably tender, rich, and full of flavor, paired beautifully with the simple yet elegant asparagus. Service was flawless, and the view from the dining room only added to the experience. A must‑visit for anyone who loves premium steak and refined Korean‑inspired cuisine. I’ll definitely return on my next...
