L'Essence — Restaurant in Busan

It was really nice place. I have been at the restaurant 레썽스 with my friend for special day. The food is much more beautiful and delicious than expected.

The chef explained very kindly when dish was served, and they spoke English well enough and were friendly.

The food designed by the chef was as pretty and delicious as a picture. The owner chef worked for a long time in Denmark, Australia, and France, and was skilled enough to cook the dinner course and wine for the BTS documentary video. I think this is a must-eat...

Tartar brioche has a great taste combination. The calamari was not bad. Pan grilled mackerel is perfectly grill and the gnocchi is surprisingly good(and it was not made out of potato but egg and butter, super delicious) Duck pasta could have been amazing if not for the herb(rosemary) which somewhat cover the duck and truffle taste.
