Ryusenso Gwangan Headstore — Restaurant in Busan

Wow! This place really is a little slice of ramen heaven. Having just spent a month in Japan prior to my Korea trip, I can confidently say this was one of, if not THE, best bowls of ramen I have ever had. The guys working here are super friendly and good with English, there is also an English menu. Very reasonably priced; I had spicy tonkatsu, black gyoza and a pint of beer for just over £10. The broth was so flavourful and rich, I like my food salty and this was spot on for me. Can't go wrong and 100% recommend this place for a ramen fix. It's quiet, clean and very spacious so you don't feel like you're eating on someone else's lap like a lot of places like this....

This ramen restaurants is one of the best restaurants in town. Various types of ramen and Japanese fried chicken are on the menu. The ramens are very light and Japanese fried chickens are deilcious and greasy. One of the side dishes, Japanese Mustard Green Pickles, is very strong. Was craving some good tonkotsu ramen and stumbled across this place on Google maps. AMAZING, some of the best ramen I’ve ever tasted. The first option on the menu is just regular tonkotsu, the second is a spicy tonkotsu that comes in three different spice levels. I got spice level 1 which was the least spicy, but it still packed a punch, I’d imagine level 3 to be quite extreme. The broth and noodles are delicious and both times we went we ordered additional noodles. Highly recommend!!! Open everyday until 3am...
