Amazing view of Changwon city from all sides. Great for a friendly hangout, studying, a date or just somewhere with a nice vintage jazz ambiance. Pretty tasty selection of cakes/cheesecakes and hot or cold beverages. A bit on the pricier range but still affordable for the average person. The view though...
