From my point of view the Award winner of 2012 is now grounded! Only to have facilities like indoor and outdoor pool, but only usable for club members is not what I expect for that money. From very far it's a nice hotel. If you look closer ist a house of dirt an incompetc. The rooms are dirty entrance doors never cleaned from outside and inside,in the bath you will find hairs in the shower and toilet. Next to the bed was never cleaned since the opening of the hotel. Parts of the room facilitys are damaged and have to be recharged. Rooms to the mountain side are extremely hot when the sun is shining. The air condition is about the bed and is blowing in the face during your sleep. The regulation of the air condition is limited in temperature and maincontroled from the hotel. The cooling will be switched of from the hotel. In summertime in the night the aircondition is producing only hot air. You will be boiled in your own bed. At the reception the people are only smiling and agreeing if something will be asked. 1 of 5 could speak English (that's not a business hotel! ). The breakfast is 26000WON. There are running a lot of stuff and moving table and chairs, but only after request there are filling the plate for the morning breakfast. But only that plate. You have to ask all the time again and again for refining. The chairs are dirty. Don't come with good dressed. If you like to go after the morning breakfast to an business meeting, it's better to wear temporary clothing for the breakfast, because your clothing will smell like a kitchen. Unbelievable!!! I must stay in Pullman Changwon every year approx 4 weeks since 4 years. I can handle it, because I must. But it's not woarth the money. ...but the position of the hotel gives the two stars raiting. This must be , from my point of view, the stars for the hotel. Take away the 5 star nod put 2 Stars at the entrance of Pullman changwon Hotel! Hint: On the other side of the hotel to the left (passing the traffic light) the are nice restaurants, and there are much cheaper like the restaurant in the CITY7. In CITY7 you will find KFC, McDonald and Baskin Robbins. The "citylife" you will find behind Lote Store at the big roundabout (following the street in front of the hotel to the right 2,6km).

Again in this Hotel. Nothing changed. But now (after 6 years) I've got a room without carpet. It's with tiles. Looks a little bit cleaner. In the shower at the ceiling is mold. Every motel in the US is much better than this hotel. Again the breakfast failed! If you are looking for Korean food, I think it's OK. I like Korean food, but not at breakfast time. I will survive. But 30000WON is outrageous. At the end....this hotel is not the money worth. By the way! The people at the reception have still Problem with English. Means...they are smiling and agreeing what you are talking about, but at the end you will get nothing. So, say it in easy words and not compleate sentence. Sometimes you get a good result. My co-worker and myself checked into the hotel on October 25, 2021. We were told due to the COVID restrictions, the breakfast package we ordered during our stay would be a breakfast brought to our rooms as a room service. We were than given a menu that consisted of eggs cooked several ways, a choice of a piece of bacon, ham or sausage, and a glass of OJ or coffee or tea. Since I don’t eat the bacon, ham or sausage, my ordered when it arrived was an egg and a glass of orange juice. There were two hash browns about the size of a half dollar, a small salad and a slice of toast. There are no other options. I asked for a fruit bowl…nope, I asked for some yogurt…nope, I asked for pancakes…nope.||For a small skinny person this might be sufficient but I am 6’ 1” and weigh 240 pounds. Not to mention the cost for this egg and orange juice is over $25 a day. When I asked them to cancel the breakfast package, I was told since I requested the package when I made the reservations with the corporate office, the hotel can not cancel it. So I asked for a phone number to call the corporate office. Nobody seems to know how to contact corporate. I was not helped at all to contact the corporate office.||I was able to get an email address that I sent an email to corporate 4 days ago and no response as of yet. I was able to locate a number I used to make the reservation and was told by corporate reservations office, that the hotel is the one to cancel the breakfast package and not corporate. So I went back to the front desk and supposedly spoke to a front desk manager and again was told they can’t cancel the breakfast package because I got the package through corporate.||I asked to speak with he hotel manager, and of course they don’t work on the weekends because I guess the hotel never has problems during the weekend. So here we go, I am paying $25+ a day for an egg and glass of orange juice. And I have to pay $25 if I don’t eat the egg or drink the orange juice.||I am disappointed at the way the hotel pawns off a problem to corporate when they have the power and obligation to correct an unsatisfactory situation. None of this was foretold when I made the reservations.||Because of the location to the company I am working with and the fact it is the only “foreign “ type hotel, is the reason why I made my reservations.
