대구를 튀겨서 주던데 튀기기전 대구도 반건조인듯? 튀기다보니 안그래도 기름기없는 부위인데 넘퍽퍽 튀김옷이 양념에 녹아서 처음양념이랑 마지막먹을때 양념이랑 맛이 달라져요 그냥 안튀기고 넣는게 나을듯 ㅠ 명절 동태전을 아구찜양념에 찍어먹는느낌.. 양념자체는 간도 좋고 맛있었고 밥이 완전 맛있었어요 반찬은 거의 없다고 보면 되구요 결론 ㅡ 양념이 진짜 맛있는데 대구를 튀겨넣어서 양념맛을 망치고 대구가 질김 담엔 아구찜도전!

대구 볼찜이 한번 튀겨서 버무려져서 맛은 평범한 듯 독특해서 좋았구요!! 약간 아쉬운건 가족장사를 하셔서 그런지 배달이 많다보니 방문 손님에게 근성적인 태도로 대응하는것...
