청학식당 — Restaurant in Daegu

청학식당 Cheng-Hak Shikdang It's a codfish soup restaurant in Daegu. The best in town and one of the finest in the country in my opinion. 12,000 won for lunch isn't really reasonable for Korean people but this one deserves it. It's full of fish fillets and stuff. There are three options. 1) codfish fillets(대구) + cod eggs(알) + intestine(곤) 2) codfish fillets(대구) + cod eggs(알) 3) codfish fillets(대구) + intestine(곤). Like many great local restaurants, It opens only from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fact that they close quite early is a bummer, because It'd make a perfect combination with soju. The first impression was very good. The lady helped us with the parking in front of the store. The soup was refreshing with a lot of fish and roes. The side dishes were excellent, not saltish, yet tasty. They even offer us free cola!...

청학식당도 위치가 좀 생뚱맞은 곳에 있는데 맛 보면 괜찮으실거에요. 참....청학식당은 쉬는 달이 있어서 체크를 잘 하고 계셔야 합니다.

사진이 어디 있지 싶은데... 어디 있는지 몰라서 찾으면 몇 장 올리는 걸로...ㅎㅎㅎ

2024 09 24 .... 사진이 없어서 다시 가서 한그릇 먹고 사진 찍어 옴. ㅋㅋ 여전히 맛있고... 텀블러나 보온병에 담아서 마시면서 지내고픈.... 어제 술을 많이 마시기도 했지만...;;;;
