고굽남에서 갈비한번 먹어보려고 간만에 왓네요 근데 고굽남갈비 정말실망입니다 난분명 양념갈비라해서 시것는데 목살이80퍼고 갈비대는1대잇네요 메뉴판살펴 밧더니 아주작은글씨로 갈비60퍼목살40퍼라고 쓰여잇는데 이나마도 제데로 나온건지... 5인분시켯는데 갈비대한대들어 잇어서 좀황당햇음 고굽남삽겹맛잇어서 자주왓엇는데 갈비한다길래 왓더니 너무실망하고갑니다 다른상술적인가게 처럼 갈비는없고 목살이나 다른부위를 갈비라고하고파는 그런데는 아니지안을까하고 여기왓는데... 직원분한테 물어니 목살이다는아니고 뼤삽겹을쓴다면 자랑삼아 말씀하셔서 더어이 없엇네요 그럼양념목살이랑양념뼈삼겹이라고 파셔야는거 아닌지...

삼겹살,껍데기,갈비,마무리 된장말이밥 시식 1.삼겹살: 비계살,살코기 초이스 가능 고소하게 잘 구워주셔서 먹기만하면 됨 2.껍데기: 삼겹과 먹기엔 느끼하나 껍데기만의 식감이 있기에 호불호가 나뉨 3.갈비: 전용불판으로 교체, 갈비살보다 목살이 더 많은것 같음, 고기질이나 양념은 꽤 괜찮음 4.된장말이밥: 마무리 술안주로 인식되어 그런지 간이 쌔서 식사용으론 아쉬움 조용한 점심때 가서인지 양질의 서비스를 받아서 너무 만족함
