This place specializes in serving 숯불닭갈비(charcoal dak galbi), which is different from normal 닭갈비(dak galbi). I personally prefer the charcoal one, since it gives you a nice smokyflavor compared to the other one. I recommend getting the 양념닭갈비(seasoned dak galbi) with some 공기밥(bowl of rice).
The seasoning of the chicken was so flavourful. There are so many ways to eat it. Eat it plain, eat it wrapped in lettuce or with the onions etc. The rice also had a very nice aroma to it compared to rice from other restaurants. If you want to have fondue cheese you need to order it extra. If you are a cheese lover I definetely recommend doing that.
