If I could give this place a negative rating, I absolutely would. My friend and I went to the Dunsan location and it’s a small place. There were no tables available, so we were given a number. No problem, right? Wrong. We were then told we needed to wait outside because it was a small restaurant. Now, this morning, an emergency alert was issued for this area due to extremely dangerous cold temperatures, yet the two of us were expected to go outside. We decided to wait quietly by the door and even looked for another nearby restaurant because we thought it was rude to ask people to wait outside in the freezing cold; especially since there was an emergency alert this morning! We told them we’d stand there for a minute to see if a table opened up or if we could find another restaurant...whichever came first. A table opened up after about 5 minutes and the “hostess” came and got our number. One would expect to be seated, right? Nope. They went outside to get the people who came in AFTER us and informed us that we didn’t follow the rules and wait outside, so they gave away our table! Needless to say, we were extremely upset and made that very clear. While I’m sure the food may be great, service and attitude towards customers left much to be desired. My only complaint is that they also put ice cream on the plate and it melts quickly because of the cheesy scrambled eggs. A bowl or a seperate plate would be better.
