어방동핏제리아 — Restaurant in Gimhae-si

예약을 하고 점심을 먹으러 갔다 예약을 하지 않고 바깥에서 기다리는 손님들이 많이 기다리고 있었다 바빠서 그런지 손님들이 기다리고 있어서 그런지 손님대하는 자세들이 아예 되어있지 않았고 왜 또 왔냐는 기력이 얼굴에 묻어있었다 아는 지인이 괜찮다고 해서 갔는데 역시나 였다 음식은 그냥 보통이었다 근데 직원들 태도와 대답은 황당할 정도였다 파스타가 간이 안 맞아 파마잔 치츠를 좀 달라고 했더니 그런것 없다고 얘기해서 너무 황당해 더 이상 얘기하지 않았다 자체 이탤리안 식당이라고 간판을 걸어놓고 파스타 나올때 파마잔 치즈가 나오지 않는것도 의아했는데 음식 갔다 주고 나서 한번이라도 와서 음식이 어떤지 불편한 것은 있는지 손님들에게 신경쓰지 않는 이런곳이 김해에서는 장사가 잘된다 식전빵이라고 사진하고도 다른 빵이 나왔고 손님에대한 기본적인 예의도 갖추지 못한 직원들이 일을 하고 있으니 가는 손님에게 문제가 있는것 같다 제대로 직업의식을 가지고 음식을 하고 손님을 서빙하는 곳은 참으로 귀하다. 배고파서 국밥먹으러 가듯이 가는 곳이 아닌데 파스타 피자하나에 13,000원 15,000원 하면서 이런 대접을 받는다는건 심히 불쾌하다 그렇다고 그런것들을 인내할만큼 인테리어가 분위기 넘치거나 음식이 괜찮은것도 아니었는데 김해 손님들이 아마도 많이 만만한가 보다 이렇게 대충해도 먹으러 오니까

I dined at this Pizzeria restaurant around lunch time today. I was so annoyed by the experience hence this waste of time review. This mediocre Italian restaurant has great potential which was instantly killed by uncaring and untrained serving staff who told me that they don’t have any parmesan cheese. She told me there and then without a shadow of a doubt , didn’t even check with the kitchen. I will never know why as to she was told by the owner or couldn’t be bothered to ask or irritated by too many customers.

Up to that point the serving waitress was eager to point out to me, a lot of orders are backed up so they will not be able to serve my dishes per my request in the order of appetizers and main food but not once they came to check on our table whether we , the diners, need any assistance or we are having a comfortable dining experience.

It got worse, my funghi pasta got cold as it was delivered right after all other food and slightly under seasoned so I asked for some parmesan cheese and the answer was quite shocking, no parmesan cheese in Italian restaurant. I just don’t get it.

On the menu it said the owner or the chef learned cooking in Italy but maybe the chef too busy cooking in the kitchen, or forgot to educate and train the employee about the importance of dining experience and serving etiquette as the owner raked enough money serving fake foodies. I am not entirely sure why a lot of people are waiting outside but I know when my next visit would be after this quite unpleasant experience. Definitely a go-to place if you like Italian pizzas and are looking for a spacious restaurant for social gathering. It’s clean and has a big parking lot. The place is family-friendly and has serving robots roaming around, which are cute, too. Pizza is an authentic oven-baked pizza and was delicious and flavorful.
