2025년 1월 토요일 저녁 방문했습니다. 곱창, 갈비, 비빔밥(볶음밥)을 주문했습니다. 돼지 부위들입니다. 이미 잘 볶아 요리된 상태로 나오는 것이 장점이라 할 수 있겠습니다. 간은 약간 단데 이 부분이 포인트이자 저에게는 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 물론 전체적으로 맛의 밸런스도 좋고 요리도 잘 되어 나왔지만 단맛보다는 맵고 짠맛이 단맛보다 강조되었다면 더 매력적이지 않았을까 하는 개인적인 아쉬움이 있었습니다.

하...군산만 오면 찾는 또또곱창 그리고 군산곱창 이라고 썻다가 비교점 말해드림 사람들 의견이 갈려서요 사실 맛은 나운동 또또가 나음! 그러나 나는 비린미역국을 싫어하는데 군산곱창은 콩나물국이 나와서 너무 좋았음! 그리고 군산곱창 처음에 나오는데 가스불을 안켜줌..그래서 그런갑다 하고 먹다 뭔가 싱겁고 깊은맛이 부족하여 가스불 약불에 놓고 먹다보니 양념이 곱창과 고기에 배여들어서 그런지 매워지고 맛도 깊어짐 그러므로 만족스러운 식사를...
