Very lively local pub where fresh sashimi with julienned cucumber, onions & radish is to be mixed with a gochujang like type of sauce. Came with a variety of side dishes and steamed egg. Boss was very kind to serve a portion of somen to go with the sauce after I finished the food. Came back with a bursting stomach!

메뉴, 사진은 충분하니 사진을 올리는 것이 큰 의미는 없어보이네요. 결론만 이야기하면 기본기가 훌륭한 매장입니다. 회의 신선함과 식감, 물회소스의 매콤함과 달콤함과 신맛의 적절함, 탕은 양념의 맛이 아닌 무와 고춧가루,순수 육수의 맛이 어우러져 회와, 물회의 맛을 죽이지 않으면서 그 역할을 다하고 있습니다. 밥은 갓 지어 고슬고슬하고 소면은 쫄깃합니다. 최근에 가장 과식한 날입니다. 한 마디로 정리하면 빠른 직구처럼 자신있는 주무기하나로 승부하는 우직한 매장입니다. 4인기준 6만원(개인당 15,000원)의 구성으로 이런 퀄리티를 보여준다니,다시 방문하고 싶네요.

일단 모두들 셋트 메뉴를 드시러 가실텐데 들어가셔서 중앙 테이블에 4팀정도 있다? 그럼 주문이 안됩니다. 번거롭다고 셋트 메뉴는 주문을 안 받고 단품으로만 됩니다..... 일단 물회는 정말 맛있습니다. 물회 추천. 나머지 음식도 먹을만 합니다만 문제는 한국인이면 속 터질 정도로 서빙이 늦습니다. 기본 안주 나오는데 15분, 첫 음식 나오는데 추가 10분... 느긋하게 드실 분만 가세요.
