추어탕에 수육1접시 나와서.. 추어탕 먹기전에 먹으면 좋아요..그래서 처음에 오면 수육을 별도로 주문하는줄 알았어요..

8년 전인가부터 가끔 와서 식사를 하고있는데요...인근에 구름산이 있어 등산하고 와서 식사합니다..

나름 장사가 잘돼서 주차장 같이 사용하는 옆집이 무슨 칼국수집인가 있었는데..그집도 인수해서 추어탕집으로 확장했네요..

장사가 잘돼서 좋은일이고 한데..재작년인가 가니 추어탕그릇이 약간작은 사이즈로 바뀌어서..

계산할때 캐셔보는 식당주인에게 살짝 지난번보다 그릇이 작게 바뀌었네요하니.. 안바뀌었다고 아니라고 부정하네요..

손님은 모르는것같지만 여러사람이 뭔가 달라진거 같다고 같이 느꼈으면 틀림없이 그릇이 작아진게.확실한건데..

그냥 음식값올리기 뭐해서 용량줄이자고 하는거는..과자회사들도 하는 방법중하나인데 그럴수 있는거지요...식자재 단가가 올라가니 가격도 살금살금 오릅니다..

가끔가니 갈때마다 가격이.오르는거.같네요..잘되는식당은 많은 손님들이 많이와서 잘되는것이니.

왠만하면 다른집 올린다고 바로 인상하기보다는 좀 덜올리고 손님들이 오래오래 저렴하면서 맛있는집으로 남아있으면...
