광양 현지인 추천으로 방문한 3대를 잇는 광양식 불고기집. 은근 손이 많이 가는 요리인데, 양념에 재운 불고기를 숯불 위 석쇠에 이리저리 뒤집으면서 익히는 방식. 방심하면 타버리는데 굽는 사람도 정신 없고, 불판 갈아주는 직원도 정신 없으니 왜 서울에서 잘 보기 어려운지 짐작 가능(인건비...)
이런 지역 원조 맛집은 흔히 가격에 거품이 끼는 경우가 많은데, 소고기라는 재료와 은근 손이 많이 가는 운영공수를 생각한다면 가격은 매우 합리적. 광양식 불고기도 맛있지만, 무제한으로 먹을 수 있는 남도식 묵은지가 정말이지 밥도둑. 한 6번은 리필해서 먹은듯.
함께 방문한 현지인 분들은 손님이 올때나 오는 곳이라 이야기했지만, 광양에 온다면 한 번은 방문할 곳이 아닌가 싶음. 손님 모시고 온 것 아니라면 호주소와 한우의 차이가 압도적이지 않으니 호주소 추천. 토요일 점심 방문 기준 짤막한 웨이팅 있었음.
