You need to add your number to a digital wait queue, but they don’t update it quickly. Our wait time was 25 minutes and we waited around 40. The food also took a long time to arrive; but it was almost fully or fully cooked by the time it arrived.
But there is an air conditioned waiting room!

Saenggogi smelled like it has been rotting for weeks. Staff insisted the meat is fine when you can literally smell it on the grilling pan but said they would change it for us anyways. Ended up waiting for an hour in total without any food before the owner came to chase us out (???). Totally a Korean horror story. What a wonderful place! Whole many reviews have already talked about the food, I'd like to add the experience after the meal was so lovely! There is a rooftop area for post-diners to relax and enjoy a campfire along with the view!
