An's Bakery — Restaurant in Incheon

I walked into An's Bakery at 8:40am to buy some fresh bread (the store opened at 8am). Only one-third of the baked goods were available at this time (cookies and donuts). There were no baguettes yet. I asked what time they would be ready and was told around 10am. So, if you want to eat a donut in the morning or other sweets, those are available around 8:30am. If you want bread or other baguettes, wait until after 10:30. 2 stars because the selection is so unbelievable poor in the morning. I think 8am is when they start baking, and aren't ready to open. With ANS bakery just around the corner, I am not sure why I would go anywhere else. In fact, I would probably take the long walk to ANS bakery before going to any other café. There’s a globally recognized coffee shop right across the street, but if you’re looking for a treat to enjoy with your coffee, then ANS is a must! I lived in Songdo, Incheon for 3.6 years and my apartment was right above Ans Bakery. They serve one of the best and high quality bakery products in Songdo. There are certain times during the day when they are super busy and that’s the mark of a good place as people come and queue up to bill their products, but largely manageable during odd hours.
