Iksun Woodaegalbi — Restaurant in Incheon

Plenty of good things but poorly managed place. Famous for whole rib barbecue in Korean style. The meat is marinated for 3 days according to the restaurant. The staffs take care of grill on customers behalf. Condiments are okay but not remarkable. The “best ways” to have the meat suggested by the restaurant are not different from any other places. I don’t know the Himalayan pink salt they serve is genuine (or at least pure Himalayan salt without ajinomoto), though. The restaurant is pecked but they don’t have efficient system to manage waiting guests. It’s relatively easy now to setup a system to show how many people are in front of you. I was told to wait one hour and ended up waiting two. Nobody told me when my turn would come and had to come back to the restaurant to ask how many groups are ahead of me. 가정의 날이라 신랑이 칼퇴를 해서 저녁식사로 다녀왔어요. 저녁 6시쯤 도착했는데 웨이팅은 없어서 바로 들어갈수 있었어요.

우대갈비 3인분+맥주 2병+소주 2병+ 된장술밥까지 먹었더니 15만원 조금 안되게 나온것 같습니다~

가게 내부가 넓은곳은 아니어서 분위기를 논하기에는 그냥 일반적인 식당분위기? 직원분들이 다들 친절하더라구요. 고기도 맛있게 구워주시니 편하게 먹을수 있어서 좋았어요.

고기 식감도 부드럽고 된장술밥도 구수해서 술안주겸 식사대용으로 넘 잘어울리더라구요. 전반적으로 음식 맛이 다 좋았고, 밑반찬도 떨어지면 바로바로 알아서 센스있게 가져다주셔서 움직일 일이 없었네요 ㅎ

갈비대에 붙은 꼬들살도 별도로 원하는 양념 맛으로 구워다 주시니, 이것도 별미였네요.

개인적인 생각으로는, 아무래도 가격대가 있다보니 한번쯤은...
