Blackish red is a nice cafe modelled like a modern art museum. Located just off the feeeway, follow the bottle sign placed by the road to the place. The gps in the rental car was a bit wonky.
But when you get there, there are private rooms at the 2nd floor. Those rooms are generally taken quite quickly.
Sofas and counter seats are available to lounge the day away.

We lucked out finding this cafe and it was one of the most beautiful and grand cafe we saw in Jeju and in fact the whole of Korea!
