In general, their Samgyetang’s medicinal taste is milder. So those who don’t like the medicinal taste of ginseng would find it more palatable.
The Abalone Samgyetang was the most popular dish among my family members. The umami flavour from the abalone added depth to the Samgyetang.
The green bean Samgyetang is a lighter version of their Traditional Samgyetang.
The black sesame Samgyetang is quite unique. The black sesame gives the soup a mild nutty tone to the soup. Giving it a richer taste.
